Turning individual parts into finished structural assemblies

Real integration in sheet metal work comes together at the welding and assembly stage. At Spike, our skilled technicians and engineering teams take cut and formed components and build them into complex industrial enclosures, chassis and heavy frame systems. Our facility covers a comprehensive range of arc and resistance welding processes for carbon steel and stainless steel sheet. This includes approved TIG (argon), MIG/MAG (CO2), FCAW (flux-cored) and spot welding, all specified for demanding industrial applications.

Finishing and post-weld operations

Precise system integration

Beyond welding, we offer multi-method assembly using advanced hardware integration, including riveting, high-tension bolting, industrial structural adhesives, tapping and mechanical seam joining.

Grinding and deburring

To hold final dimensions and remove the sharp edges left by machining or punching, every part goes through a controlled deburring operation.

Weld dressing and polishing

After welding, all seams are carefully dressed and polished. Using dedicated tooling — including heavy belt sanders and pneumatic orbital sanders — our finishing team blends weld beads flush with the parent material.
