Advanced CNC Press Brake Bending Services
Complex forming and shaping of sheet metal up to 4 metres in length, held to tight dimensional accuracy.
"Repeatability in heavy gauge depends on absolute synchronisation between hydraulic force and geometry."
Swiss engineering and advanced metal forming
Precision forming sits at the centre of our production workflow. To meet the highest industrial standards, our facility runs a 4-metre, 225-tonne CNC press brake with simultaneous 7-axis control, engineered by Bystronic of Switzerland. To eliminate angular deviation on long parts, the system uses automatic hydraulic crowning. By dynamically adjusting die deflection during the stroke, it holds a uniform angle across the full 4-metre bed — producing flat, consistent parts run after run.

Before anything is formed physically, our technical team simulates the full bending sequence in BySoft with the ByVision controller. This offline process derives the tooling, bend deduction calculations and final flat pattern, which prevents material waste.
For curved sections and continuous radii we use software-guided step bending instead of costly custom dies. This keeps the process flexible, so customers can revise a design without new tooling or added cost.
