Laser Cut Patterns
Explore our premium, production-ready vector pattern library, engineering-optimized for high-tolerance CNC fiber laser cutting. Each architectural layout in this exclusive archive is structurally calibrated to maintain material integrity, perfect for custom interior partitions, facade screens, and decorative metal installations.
Select your preferred pattern code from the collection below, specify your custom project dimensions (Width × Height), and submit them to our engineering desk for immediate feasibility analysis and scaling.

Every pattern in this archive can be cut in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium or brass. Sheet thickness follows the application: 1–3 mm is typical for partitions and facade screens, while load-bearing installations use heavier gauges. The key scaling constraint is that shrinking a pattern also shrinks the remaining web between openings — once that web drops below roughly the sheet thickness, the part will distort during cutting or installation. Every order is therefore checked for open-area-to-web ratio by our engineering desk before production.
Vector files are supplied as DXF or DWG, and CorelDRAW files are accepted for decorative work. Electrostatic powder coating in any RAL colour can be applied after cutting. For a quotation, send the pattern code together with final dimensions (width × height), material, sheet thickness and quantity.
